Job Title: Director of Nursing

Location: Southside Care Center
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure they are providing the highest level of patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage the nursing budget and ensure resources are used efficiently
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8 am - 3 pm. Rate: $42 - $51 Depending on experience HPDOMARequirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Current nursing license (Valid registration as an RN with the Minnesota Board of Nursing)
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
