The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice for quality delivery of care and patient safety in the Labor and Delivery unit. Will possess knowledgeable resource to staff, the ability to lead and communicate appropriately with physicians, other department managers, and staff are essential.
Required qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited college or university.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 4 years Supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
Pay Range: $75.54 to $117.65 Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
