Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's in Nursing (required)
Master's Degree for Level 4 NICU, Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum and Antenatal (required)
3+ years of progressive clinical and management experience, preferably in women's health
Strong human relations and resource management skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or multi-state compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with specialty certification required within 1 year
Responsibilities

What You Will Do
This leadership role will oversee the inpatient High Risk Antepartum unit as well as the system OB Float Pool
Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process.
Promotes a positive patient experience and environment that supports family centered care reflective of the patient population.
