Duties & Responsibilities- Assure quality care for medical/surgical patients
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee human resource development, including training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications- Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience
- Supervisory Experience required
- Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.
- Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
- Continues to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, clinical development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
