Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within our Adult Residential Treatment Program located at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC. What You'll Be Doing- Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Supporting program growth through goal setting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting patient safety and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, families, and support departments to coordinate care and address patient needs
- Serving as a clinical resource and working as a staff nurse when necessary to maintain adequate coverage
- Supporting organizational policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing standards
- Leading quality improvement and performance management initiatives related to nursing services and patient outcomes
- Monitoring and maintaining required competencies, certifications, and licensure for nursing staff
- Addressing workplace concerns and utilizing problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to support a healthy work environment
- Completing employee evaluations and implementing development plans when needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting requirements

QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare leadership preferred
Licensure- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a multistate license recognized through the Nurse Licensure Compact
Technical Skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related software platforms
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare documentation systems preferred
