Rome Health is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for Primary Care (Monday-Friday) who is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families.
The Nurse Manager will assess, direct, and coordinate patient care and procedures in an efficient, empathetic, and timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. Serves as a patient advocate and health teacher.
In addition, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily office operations, which include but is not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to employees.
- Development of work plans.
- Assists the Director with the projects assigned
- Ensuring compliance and implementing policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and possess a current New York Registered Nurse license.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BLS required within 3 months of hire; BS in Nursing preferred
Education: NYS RN License
