We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager - Cath Lab to lead a high-performing team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. The Cardiac Catheterization Lab plays a critical role in delivering life-saving diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular care. What You'll Do

As the Nurse Manager - Cardiac Catheterization Lab, you will provide leadership for department operations while fostering an environment focused on quality, safety, service excellence, caregiver engagement, and exceptional cardiovascular outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including staffing, scheduling, quality initiatives, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and procedural care teams while promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth
  • Support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular services, ensuring efficient patient flow and operational excellence
  • Drive recruitment, retention, engagement, and succession planning efforts
  • Monitor operational and financial performance to achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular specialists, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery
  • Support strategic growth initiatives within cardiovascular services
  • Evaluate caregiver performance, conduct annual reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and organizational standards
  • Promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional patient experiences across all procedural areas
  • Participate in patient care activities and procedural support as needed
