We are currently hiring for a full time Nurse Manager Case Management within the Nursing Administration department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Compensation Range:
$101,000.00 - $162,000.00

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Case Manager or Utilization Review role.
  • At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Position Overview:
The Nurse Manager of Case Management oversees daily case management operations, including utilization review, discharge planning, and transitions of care while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, supervising staff, driving quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, resource utilization, and reimbursement. The nurse manager serves as a clinical resource and liaison for providers, staff, payers, and community partners to ensure safe, efficient care across the continuum.
