Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare concepts, practices, and policies.
• Ability to lead initiatives and improve workflows while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of management principles including planning, resource allocation, and human resources modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and aptitude for handling emergent requirements promptly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Preferred: Certification in Bio/Chemo and oncology nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and engage in patient care operations.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.
• Manage financial aspects including inventory and budgeting processes.
• Take corrective actions to maintain performance against the annual budget.
• Direct the selection, supervision, and development of staff.
• Develop and enforce productivity and performance standards.
