experienced Nurses for SNF/Rehab and Float positions:
- Experience Required
- Skilled/Rehab experience
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
- IV experience
- 7a-3p Position
- 40 hours/week
- Includes every other weekend
- Skilled/Rehab Unit
- +$6/hr Shift Diff on S/S
- 7a-3p 'Float' Position
- Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
- Must have STR and LTC experience
- 40 hours/week
- Includes every other weekend
- +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
- 3p-11p Position
- 40 hours/week
- Includes every other weekend
- Skilled/Rehab Unit
- +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
- +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
- 11p-7a 'Float' Position
- Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
- 32 hours/week
- Includes every other weekend
- +$3/hr Shift Diff M-F
- +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
- We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
- Pay rate based on license and experience $35-$48/hour
