Nurse Case Manager (RN) - Workers' Compensation

Locations: Manteca, CA Stockton, CA Modesto, CA
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 annually + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday

As a Nurse Case Manager, you'll coordinate medical care, facilitate communication between all parties, and advocate for injured workers to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is a highly independent, field-based position where you'll build relationships and make a meaningful impact every day.

Travel Expectations

This is primarily a field-based role. Once your caseload is established, you can expect to spend approximately 80-85% of your workweek traveling within your assigned territory, meeting with injured workers and co-attending their medical appointments. The remaining time is spent completing documentation, coordinating care, and communicating with providers, employers, and claims professionals.
