Full-Time Salary: $115,000
Per Diem Evening Rate: $59.91/hr.

Position Overview

The Jamaica Hospital Nursing Home, a 228-bed Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Center serving Queens since 1975, is seeking an experienced Nurse Care Coordinator to join its nursing leadership team.

This role functions as a key clinical supervisor responsible for coordinating nursing operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care across all units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Support DON/ADON and nursing leadership with daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing personnel
  • Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling oversight
