Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Project Leader who combines hands-on software engineering with delivery leadership. This role guides enterprise application projects from planning through implementation while remaining engaged in design, development, quality, and production support.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical delivery for enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.
  • Participate in software design, development, code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and support.
  • Facilitate Agile planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate work across BAs, UX designers, developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into technical work items, estimates, implementation plans, and priorities.
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, delivery standards, and technical documentation.
  • Design and implement C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, and/or Oracle solutions.
  • Support CI/CD, source control, modern engineering practices, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience serving as both a software developer and technical project leader.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, software development lifecycle practices, and technical planning.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams while remaining hands-on with development.
  • Experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, or secure development practices.
  • Experience modernizing enterprise applications and improving development standards or delivery processes.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency, documentation, and code quality.
