Help bring new oscilloscopes from prototype to production. As a Supply Chain Program Manager on our NPI Supply Chain team in Colorado Springs, you'll own supply chain readiness throughout product development. You'll partner with R&D, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to source materials for prototype builds, manage orders, quotes, and costs, and make sure suppliers and components are ready for launch. This role calls for someone who can work independently, keep complex projects organized, and drive changing supply chain issues to resolution. Responsibilities • Partner with R&D, the NPI team, and contract manufacturers to understand product development milestones and turn them into clear supply chain plans and deliverables. • Coordinate materials for prototype and ramp-up builds, including placing and tracking orders, confirming deliveries, and resolving shortages or other issues that could affect build schedules. • Manage component quotes, pricing discussions, expenses, and payments in collaboration with the broader supply chain team. • Serve as the primary supply chain contact for assigned projects, keeping teams informed about bills of materials, revisions, order status, open issues, and their resolution. • Prepare the supply chain for production launch by ensuring suppliers, components, and ordering processes are in place as new products move into mass production. Qualifications Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • Typically, 4-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, planning, new product introduction, or project or program management. • Ability to work independently, organize competing priorities, and drive deliverables through completion when requirements change. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across teams to clarify requirements, track progress, and resolve issues. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to asking questions and communicating risks or delays. Preferred qualifications • Experience supporting new product introductions, prototype builds, or the transition from development to production. • Experience coordinating materials, suppliers, or contract manufacturers in a high-tech or manufacturing environment. • Experience managing project milestones, material orders, bills of materials, or component changes. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
