Responsibilities:- Gain a systems engineering level knowledge of highly sophisticated, groundbreaking wafer inspection systems. Including the image processing servers, wafer stage, vibration isolation, motion control, opto-mechanical and Automated Wafer handling subject areas
- Support external and internal customers in the operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, repair and application of systems
- Respond to situations where first-line support has failed to resolve problems by providing written plans of action by e-mail or hands-on assistance at customer sites in the Asia, USA and Europe
- Write technical reports to communicate issues, analysis, technical assessments, system status, and engineering recommendations
- Implement and supervise progress of the NPI/Sustaining work tasks. This will include Diagnostic improvements, software feature requirements development, training plans and documentation planning and contribution
- Work closely with Engineering teams, attending concept and design reviews to provide feedback on serviceability of new designs and potential improvements
- Drive small projects in matrix environment
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, IT/Software/Networking, Electronics, Optics, Mechanical, Software or related technical field and two (2) years of proven experience
- Hands-on experience building, operating, and solving problems for KLA Inspection systems
- Knowledge of servers, electrical and mechanical systems, and/or motion control

- Knowledge or experience with industry standard problem solving methodologies and models

- Quick grasp of technical information

- Availability for travel both domestically and internationally up to 10-20%
Base Pay Range: $85,600.00 - $145,500.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLA
