Job Description

An individual contributor role developing supply chain strategies that support the organizations strategic vision. Applies mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics and optimization modeling to find patterns and relationships in data to help optimize inventory, material, and create supply strategies. Applies modeling and other methods to gather and interpret data and to recommend new procedures and processes; conducts competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity to further optimize supply chain from wafer starts through customer fulfillment. Requires knowledge of supply chain management and a Degree in a specialized or intellectual field of study such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or related quantitative field.

As the SSD NPI Materials Program Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Plans/manages Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
  • Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
  • Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service.
  • Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.
  • Assesses risk and identifies issues.
  • Monitors progress against schedule.
  • Coordinates resources with other functions.
  • Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
  • Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
  • Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
  • Lead, manage, and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
  • Takes ownership of complex problems and mediate between interests and personalities, under pressure and timelines.
  • Written and oral communication and presentation skills including the skills to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel.


Qualifications
  • Degree in a specialized or intellectual field of study such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or related quantitative field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Analytical Skills
  • MS Office Skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Management experience
  • Electronics manufacturing or technology manufacturing knowledge


Additional Information

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $103,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
