Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and procedures.
• Proficient in GD&T, schematics, and test/inspection equipment.
• Skilled in solid modeling techniques.
• Ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma principles effectively.
• History of demonstrated cost savings projects.
• Hands-on experience from past employment or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Model safe behavior consistently in the workplace.
• Drive quality improvements and efficiency through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide technical support for the manufacturing engineering team and operations.
• Maintain and interpret essential manufacturing process documentation.
• Evaluate and address non-conforming products or issues.
• Deliver technical data for early-stage business activities.
• Assist with supplier issues through technical guidance.
