About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide technical support across all plant departments, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing engineering changes to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
You will manage pilot builds, validate assembly processes, report BOM issues, and implement reliable procedures. Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
The results of your efforts will influence how efficiently products are made, the quality of those products, certification of processes, and overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities
As a manufacturing engineer you will be responsible for the follow up of the different phases for new manufacturing programs or ECNs since the manufacturing project kick off, feasibility analysis, concept design, RFQ process, CAR, Manufacturing approval design, FAT (factory acceptance test), SAT (site acceptance test).
Define specific SOW (Scope of work) documents for formal RFQ process, considering manufacturing engineering standards & EH&S specifications.
Requirements
We are looking for people with experience in manufacturing engineering and conversational English
As a minimum you must have:
Proficiency in conversational English, both written and spoken, is required.
Valid passport and visa.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering or related field.
Minimum +5 years of experience in manufacturing or advanced manufacturing engineering.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
HVAC systems knowledge is a plus.
Experience in implementing new manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, A3, etc.).
Design (Creo Parametrics, Autocad or Solid Works)
Core Tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA & SPC)
Data analysis (CPK, SixPack, MiniTab, Jump or R)
Experience in production or manufacturing environments.
