Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Effective presentation/public speaking skills
• Experience with problem-solving tools
• Demonstrated coaching and teaching abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated leader with a hands-on approach and high energy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Table process and manage Supplier Table Inspectors
• Coach Supplier Table Inspectors on sorting and documentation of nonconformance issues
• Maintain Supplier Table Tracking and Process documents
• Support Supplier Operations in monitoring corrective actions and issue closures
• Validate nonconformance tickets for accuracy
• Review GD&T and part inspections to ensure conformity
• Provide technical support between Engineering and Manufacturing for quality concerns
• Coordinate proactive inspections based on historical failure modes
• Communicate effectively to support audits and meetings with senior leadership
