Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or marketing in the electrical apparatus industry.
• MBA beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrable experience in Engineering/Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive and accept change, along with continuous improvement processes.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Project; experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and delivering presentations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the NPDI process for product development and phase-out.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to clarify product specifications based on market needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to outline project deliverables, costs, and timelines.
• Assist in creating marketing materials for product launches and support.
• Coordinate with operations on the timely delivery of prototype samples for testing.
• Work with sales and finance to ensure the product's financial viability and success.
• Report project progress to executives and connect it with overall portfolio objectives.
