Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or marketing in the electrical apparatus industry.
• Demonstrated experience in Engineering / Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Project; experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive change and manage continuous improvement processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with NPDI (New Product Development Introduction) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the NPDI process for product development and phase-out activities.
• Develop new product requirement specifications in collaboration with the SWGR Product Manager.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define feature specifications and delivery timelines.
• Assist in creating marketing literature and promotional materials for product launches.
• Ensure timely delivery of prototype samples for testing and product launch readiness.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, and finance teams to secure product success.
• Report project progress and interconnections at the executive level for the broader Vertiv portfolio.
