Job Requirements

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our MGC Pain Management program located at our Wood Street location in Spartanburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm
  • 100% Outpatient role with No weekends, holidays or call
  • Work alongside an interventional pain medicine physician
  • Busy, well-established practice with strong patient volume and team support
  • New grads are not being considered at this time


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-up visits and new patient evaluations
  • Manage medications, including chronic pain and opioid management
  • Provide care for patients with pain and orthopaedic conditions
  • Perform select in-office procedures such as:
  • Trigger Point injections
  • Select joint injections


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in pain management or orthopaedics
  • Confident in Opioid Management and chronic pain treatment
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Dependable, professional and committed to patient-centered care
