NP/PA - Orthopedic Surgery Full Time (1.0FTE)

San Diego, California - SRS Frost Street Clinic & Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Coronado

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery Division
  • Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in an orthopedics setting required
    • Experience with total joint orthopedic surgery and hip and knee replacements preferred
  • Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
  • Current board certification in applicable specialty required
  • Must be comfortable working independently

Position Details:
  • 1.0FTE full-time salaried position with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule including one hour for lunch
  • No nights / no weekends / no call
  • Practice primarily at the SRS Frost Street clinic with inpatient responsibilities at Sharp Memorial Hospital and Sharp Coronado Hospital (approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient)
  • Partner closely with a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery
  • Deliver comprehensive hip and knee replacement care helping ensure exceptional outcomes and patient experience


Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
