NP/PA - Cardiology Full Time (1.0FTE)

San Diego, California - SRS San Diego Main and Chula Vista Clinics/Sharp Memorial Hospital

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology Division
  • Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in a cardiology practice setting required
    • Experience with structural heart disease, post-procedure care, or cardiovascular populations preferred
  • Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
  • Current board certification in applicable specialty required
  • Must be comfortable working independently

Position Details:
  • 1.0FTE full-time salaried position with a 4 10-hour shifts schedule including one hour for lunch
  • No nights / no weekends / no call
  • Practice primarily in the outpatient setting at SRS San Diego Main and Chula Vista clinics, with inpatient coverage at Sharp Memorial Hospital (approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient)
  • Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care
  • Manage post-procedure follow-up, discharge, and ongoing coordination of patient care with a focus on structural heart disease

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
