Full Job Description
Job Description: Earn up to $200,000+ per year at Gold PM&R. Gold is seeking dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team. As a Gold internal medicine/hospitalist provider, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Gold PM&R specializes in acute rehabilitation units and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of initial evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries in electronic medical records systems.

Requirements:
  • Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree.
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical skills in the evaluation and management of patients with acute rehabilitation needs.
