Position Highlights
• Position: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
• Practice Setting: Retail Pharmacy
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
• Lead and oversee all daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff
• Deliver outstanding customer service and medication counseling
• Maintain accurate inventory management and quality assurance standards
• Foster a positive, patient-centered pharmacy environment
What We're Looking For
• Licensed Pharmacist eligible to practice in Ohio
• Previous Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or retail pharmacy leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and regulatory excellence
Please Note: This position requires previous pharmacy experience. New graduates are not eligible for this opportunity.
