Full Job Description
The North America General Manager is responsible for the overall commercial performance and operational success of Contruent's North American business. This executive leader owns the region's revenue growth, profitability, customer success, and execution while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Leadership.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven SaaS executive who can scale recurring revenue, strengthen customer relationships, improve operational execution, and build high-performing teams. The General Manager will serve as the executive leader for North America, ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing while executing the company's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership
  • Own the overall P&L for North America.
  • Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive predictable ARR growth while improving profitability and operating efficiency.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Build a culture of accountability, execution, and customer obsession.


Revenue Growth
  • Own regional service bookings, sales bookings, ARR growth, renewals, and expansion revenue.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share within key industries including:
    • Energy
    • Utilities
    • Transportation
    • Infrastructure
    • Government
    • Mining
  • Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, strategic accounts, and adjacent markets.


Customer Success
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from implementation through renewal.
  • Improve customer retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Drive customer adoption and long-term product utilization.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships.


Professional Services & Support
  • Ensure successful project delivery with strong customer satisfaction.
  • Improve services utilization, gross margin, and delivery consistency.
  • Partner with Support leadership to achieve world-class customer experience.
  • Optimize implementation methodologies for SaaS deployments.


Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with:

Qualifications Required
