What We Are Looking For

Eagle Analytical Services is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing - North America to lead commercial growth initiatives across the region. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market presence, and position Eagle as the partner of choice for laboratory testing and regulatory compliance services. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, laboratory operations, scientific teams, quality, consulting, and business development to align commercial strategies with customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic commercial leadership with experience marketing complex technical and scientific services within regulated industries.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute the North American sales and marketing strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
  • Create and implement integrated go-to-market strategies across Eagle's analytical chemistry, microbiology, validation, calibration, certification, consulting, and regulatory compliance service offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and emerging industry trends.
  • Build strategic growth plans targeting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, compounding pharmacy, healthcare, research, and other regulated markets.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to improve pipeline generation, lead conversion, account growth, and customer retention.
  • Support account-based selling initiatives and strategic customer engagement programs.
  • Align sales processes, messaging, CRM utilization, and reporting to improve commercial effectiveness and revenue performance.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, customer presentations, technical collateral, and value-based messaging.
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives including digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, branding, public relations, social media, email campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Position Eagle as a recognized leader in analytical testing, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and scientific consulting.
  • Translate complex scientific and technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, analytics, and continuous optimization.
  • Partner with laboratory, scientific, consulting, operations, quality, and executive teams to ensure commercial alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop customer-focused technical content and educational resources.
  • Lead commercialization initiatives for new services, capabilities, and strategic business offerings.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that measure pipeline growth, marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost, lead conversion, retention, campaign performance, and revenue contribution.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing organization.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, commercial strategy, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success leading commercial growth initiatives in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory services, healthcare, medical device, or other regulated B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies that increase pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, CRM platforms, sales enablement, customer journey management, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience communicating complex scientific, regulatory, or technical services to diverse customer audiences.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or related field).
  • Experience within contract laboratory services, analytical testing, regulatory consulting, quality assurance, or compliance-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of FDA-regulated industries, GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Measurable improvements in marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, customer retention, and commercial performance.
  • Successful commercialization and market adoption of Eagle's analytical testing, consulting, validation, calibration, certification, and compliance services.
