Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of all US events and trade shows, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key US organizations, coordinating with executive leadership for go-ahead on collaborations.
  • Implement global brand strategies locally while providing valuable market feedback to HQ teams.
  • Contribute to centralized marketing programs through defined collaboration with demand generation and ABM stakeholders.
  • Manage local content production and sales support, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials to the sales team.
  • Oversee budget management for events and partnerships, providing comprehensive reporting on performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with relevant case studies and event follow-ups to maximize lead capture.

Full Job Description
What you'll be working on

  • Full ownership of US events & trade shows: End-to-end responsibility for the US event calendar , e.g. trade shows, conferences, partner events, roadshows, and webinars , from planning and budget through booth logistics , staffing, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting. The b ooth design and creative come from HQ and delivery in-market is entirely your own .
  • US partnerships & co-operations: You identify, qualify, and build the strategy for US partners ( associations, dealer groups, re-marketing platforms, and media partners ) leading early-stage engagement and coordinating sign-off with the Head of Marketing and the CEO of AVILOO Inc. before activating co-marketing and reseller deals.
  • Brand alignment & market input: You apply AVILOO's global brand and messaging with judgement rather than creating local variants, and you feed structured market intelligence on positioning, objections, competitive moves, and PR opportunities back to our Product Marketing, Content, and PR teams at HQ.
  • Structured input into central growth programs: ABM, demand generation, paid media, and SEO are planned and run centrally . Y ou shape them through a defined monthly planning cadence with the Demand & ABM Manager, keeping the US target account list sharp and reviewing local copy before it goes live.
  • Local materials & field sales support: You brief HQ, manage local print and production vendors, and get collateral, booth graphics, and sales kits into the field . You provide day-to-day support for the North American sales team with references, case studies, and event follow-up.
  • Budget ownership & reporting: You plan, forecast, and track the budgets for US events, partnerships, and local materials end to end, and report monthly on pipeline contribution, spend, and field-owned KPIs such as qualified event leads and cost per opportunity.


What you bring

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing - ideally in B2B technology, automotive, or automotive services.
  • A proven track record of owning a regional event program end to end , e.g. trade shows, vendors, logistics , budgets, and measurable follow-up.
  • Strong stakeholder skills across time zones and comfort operating in a matrix: Y ou keep a local CEO and a functional lead in Europe aligned on the same plan and escalate early when priorities diverge.
  • Solid understanding of the North American automotive, dealer, re-marketing, auction, and fleet landscape or the ability to get there fast.
  • Hands-on experience managing local vendors, agencies, and production partners, and building partnerships from first contact through to a signed framework.
  • A commercial mindset: Y ou think of pipeline and cost per opportunity, track spend against forecast and are comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within North America and to our headquarters in Austria, with excellent written and spoken English.
  • BA/MA in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and genuine interest in electric mobility.
