North America Demand Planner - Aerospace & Industrials (A&I)

Make an Impact at the Center of Global Decision-Making

Join a high-performing, global Demand Planning team supporting Aerospace & Industrials (A&I) within Advanced Mobility. This is a unique opportunity to shape demand strategy for a portfolio of iconic, market-leading brands including MOLYKOTE®, Vespel®, and Multibase™, serving critical industries such as aerospace & defense, transportation, semiconductors, and advanced electronics.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of commercial, operations, supply chain, product management and finance, translating market & demand signals into actionable plans that drive global business performance.

What You'll Do

As a Demand Planner, you will own and drive the consensus demand plan (volume & revenue) across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons-ensuring accurate, data-driven insights inform decisions across North America and globally.

You will:
  • Lead the monthly regional demand planning agenda, serving as the key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance
  • Translate market insights into clear demand assumptions, enabling informed short- and long-term planning
  • Facilitate the monthly revenue outlook generation process from demand perspective with input from various key stakeholders
  • Build and manage detailed demand plans at SKU and customer level using tools such as OMP, SAP APO, and Excel
  • Ensure alignment between demand signals and operational execution, communicating effectively with global manufacturing and supply chain teams
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand trends, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions
  • Support IBP/S&OP processes, including Global Demand Reviews and pre-alignment meetings, partner with global peers and Demand Planner Leader
  • Develop executive-ready insights and presentations for regional and global leadership
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes and outcome, enhancing data quality, insights, and forecast reliability


What You Bring

You are an analytical, business-minded planner who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys influencing outcomes across functions.

Required:
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, or IBP/S&OP processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional, global environment
  • High learning agility and adaptability to new systems and methodologies


Preferred:
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Exposure to advanced planning tools (OMP, SAP APO, or similar)
  • Background in industrial, aerospace, or automotive sectors
