This is a Hybrid position.

Position Summary

The Non-Profit Partnerships Director role serves as a fundraising leader and is responsible for developing and executing a fundraising plan to support the mission of Operation Warm. This role oversees the acquisition, retention, and growth of non-profit partnerships across the country. Operation Warm's non-profit partners include charities, service clubs, schools, unions, and trade associations.

This role will be part of the fundraising management team. This position has direct oversight and supervision of the non-profit partnerships team. This is a player-coach role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with senior leadership. Develop and own non-profit acquisition, retention, growth and stewardship plan in collaboration.
  • Identify, measure and track KPIs for the team including but not limited to account retention, revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals
  • Use Salesforce and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Lead day-to-day partner management to ensure retention and growth by serving as a trusted advisor who shares insights and continually seeks opportunities for growth
  • Maintain dialogue and identify trends in donor/partner needs and activities
  • Engage with high value partnerships to build trust
  • Drive innovation and overall continuous improvement in processes
  • Ensure monthly forecast is accurate
  • Create and deliver engaging formal presentations to potential partners in small- and large- scale environments
  • Ensure team follows established outreach protocol for and accurately maintain all records in Salesforce
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operation Warm departments to ensure the execution of all obligations to partners


Leadership
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, planning efforts, and strategy development
  • Develop and manage relationships with the executive team by providing regular updates and quarterly presentations
  • Foster a collaborative and mission-aligned team environment that encourages innovation and accountability
  • Attend (occasionally lead) and participate in Operation Warm in-person events.


Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership of staff, including hiring, coaching, training, scheduling, performance reviews, staff development, timesheet approval, and workplace oversight.
  • Uphold and enforce the company's policies and procedures and work with Human Resources to correct and support employee behavior and underperformance, when needed
  • Work with the Human Resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel, and oversee employee training programs in your areas of direct supervision. Support career development.


Basic Job Qualifications
  • BA or BS undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years managing fundraising/sales team pipelines
  • Previous team leadership or management of a revenue/fundraising accountable team


Other Qualifications
  • Proven experience working cross functionally and managing indirectly through influence and alignment
  • 7+ years of progressive responsibility developing donor/partnership relationship, outreach and/or successful sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
  • Experience using data to manage pipelines, forecasts, account portfolios and team performance
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive, with a results-driven and problem-solving approach
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands on execution
  • Demonstrated experience creating dynamic and effective presentation decks
  • Expertise with suite of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience working in a Non-profit organization required
  • Unwilling to accept any unethical conduct or outcomes that threaten the mission or values of Operation Warm
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • This position requires some travel.
