Full Job Description
Weber Gallagher has an opening for a highly-skilled and experienced attorney to join our firm in the Workers' Compensation groups in either of our New Jersey offices. The individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of workers' compensation matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct well-reasoned legal research.
  • Draft pleadings, answer written discovery, handle court hearings and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while adhering to all deadlines.
  • Ability to travel for court, client meetings, etc.
  • Ability to work out of our NJ Offices (Mt. Laurel or Bedminster) in a hybrid capacity.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience, preferably in workers' compensation matters.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
