n Logic is seeking an IT Technician for a proposal in the Fort Novosel, AL area.
Responsibilities and Duties Include: - Responsible for providing second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware
- Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve
- May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
- Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties
- Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
- Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise
Required Skills and Experience: - Active Secret security clearance is required
- Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience or a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Advanced degrees in related technical fields
- Advanced certifications related to the responsibilities listed above
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires a SECRET Security Clearance. This is a full-time position that is fully onsite located at Fort Novosel, AL.
