Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation methods.
• Preference for candidates with food industry experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and relationship building.
• Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, and evaluate production team members.
• Promote a safe work environment through regular safety talks.
• Manage daily production activities in a unionized setting, focusing on syrup room management.
• Monitor activities and develop action plans to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Oversee sanitation associates and execute the plant's sanitation program.
• Ensure compliance with daily procedures and safety protocols.
• Review KPIs and prepare reports, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication between shifts and departments.
