Position Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing inpatient medicine team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.
This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a 7-on/7-off night schedule. This role is ideal for an APP who values autonomy, clinical complexity, and a predictable schedule while working within a highly collaborative and well-supported hospitalist program.

Responsibilities - Provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage for the hospitalist service
- Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU, with support

- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
- Participate in clinical decision-making and acute patient management
