Job Requirements:- 3-5 years of law firm experience in corporate financing transactions
- Experience drafting and negotiating agreements and other documents
- Commitment to client service, excellent communication skills, and interest in collaboration
- Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn new skills and work on a broad range of financing transactions
- Candidate must be eligible to practice in New York
