Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent experience in Stamping.
• 2+ years of experience in new model development or manufacturing (Stamping preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with project management and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to use CATIA or CAD for design purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for new model development in the Stamping department.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to confirm designs and manage project impact assessments.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accurate specifications.
• Understand and integrate plant processes into new model development efforts.
• Develop and track project targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implement and adjust action plans for project execution as needed.
• Establish cross-functional relationships and lead daily stakeholder meetings.
