Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or relevant experience, ideally in Paint.
• 2+ years of experience in new model development or manufacturing, with a preference for Paint-related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of CATIA or CAD viewing capabilities.
• Understanding of project management principles and accounting basics.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead new model project initiatives at North American Paint facilities.
• Coordinate design confirmation processes with paint department and production teams.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to reflect manufacturing capabilities in new model changes.
• Develop project targets by considering factory characteristics and business objectives.
• Create and manage specified action plans ensuring successful project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships across various departments and with external suppliers.
• Facilitate daily meetings with stakeholders to align project progress and objectives.
• Track and report on project budget and resource needs.
