Strengthen your bedside nursing foundation while attending Nurse Residency Program with embedded Critical Care Fundamentals. - Month 11: Step-Down Orientation
Orient to Step-down intermediate unit with targeted support and begin our Critical Care Bootcamp. - Month 12: Critical Care Transition
Orient to Critical care. Work one-on-one with an ICU preceptor, complete specialty-focused fellowship modules, and begin interview process for potential placement.
