Registered Nurse New Graduate Application Accepted: January 12, 2026 - until maximum applications reached.

To be considered, NCLEX test date must be scheduled by January 31, 2026.

Program Start Date: March 10, 2026 (10-16 weeks must be available for didactics and clinical preceptorship no exceptions)
Certifications Required:
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) within 6 months of hire for new grad RN
  • MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work


Hourly pay rate: $46.16

RANGE REFLECTS SPAN OF PROFESSONAL LADDER.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the staff RN performs professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards, including demonstrating the knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards and accreditation / regulatory standards, scope of practice for LVN and all other nursing personnel e.g. unlicensed assistive personnel. The RN demonstrates the ability to assess their own professional role performance, current knowledge of theory and principles related to discipline specific practice, and the ability to use a population based approach to determine patient needs.
