Schedule Details/Additional Information:- 3, 12-hour night shifts per week

Pay Range:$38.20 - $57.30
Where You Will Work: 7B is a 19-bed advanced heart failure intermediate cardiac unit, including 14 high-acuity beds designed to support critically ill patients requiring a progressive level of care. Our staffing model allows for a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in high-acuity settings.
We provide specialized care for complex cardiac patients, including those requiring:
- Invasive hemodynamic monitoring (PA/Swan-Ganz catheters)
- Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs)
- Pre and post-heart transplant management
- Bedside sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED)
- Inotropic therapy management
7B teammates play a key role not only in acute care but also in the long-term management of advanced cardiac devices. This facilitates building meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients.

We're Looking For: - Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You'll Do: • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
