Build the career you want-not the one you're assigned.

At West Olympia, we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than simply treating patients. We're looking for someone who is passionate about becoming an exceptional orthopedic clinician while building a career around their interests.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director who has extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions.

If you're a novice clinician interested in working with sports and performance-focused patients, our clinic is equipped with a squat rack, a Rogue sled, Smart Cuffs blood flow restriction equipment, and progressive loading tools. These resources allow therapists to treat active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals practicing modern, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Start your career with confidence with our structured one-year mentorship program designed to accelerate your clinical growth. Our goal isn't simply helping you survive your first year; it's helping you become the clinician you aspire to be!

You'll receive:
  • Weekly one-on-one mentorship
  • Case reviews and clinical reasoning discussions
  • Hands-on manual therapy instruction
  • Progressive skill development
  • Professional growth coaching
  • Direct access to an experienced OCS mentor

Here at South Sound, you will have the support, autonomy, established local provider relationships, and other resources to market to your ideal niche and build a career that's uniquely yours!

Enhanced Compensation
