What You'll Do:- Collaborate with customers and customer success to deeply understand customers' workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Design and deploy customized solutions that integrate Nuvo's platform with customer systems, ensuring seamless adoption and performance.
- Build custom features for some of Nuvo's largest, most complicated customers to solve their most pressing problems, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, product, engineering, and business teams, bringing field insights back to shape Nuvo's roadmap.
- Grow into a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them maximize the value of Nuvo's products.
What You Bring:- Strong CS fundamentals plus real evidence of building things end to end (internships, open source, hackathons, or side projects).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- A drive to figure out the best way to solve a problem. You've hacked systems together quickly and are deeply resourceful.
