Full Job Description
New Business Development Associateto grow our presence throughout Grand Rapids area and surrounding suburbs. This is a pure new business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping restaurants, bars, hotels, and other hospitality operators improve their dishwashing and sanitation programs.

High Earning Potential:

  • 1st Year: $75,000-$85,000 annually, top performers can expect $100,000 annually (base + commission).


What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Grand Rapids Market
  • Call on restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, schools, and other foodservice operations
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and equipment demonstrations
  • Build relationships with owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth goals
  • Represent a trusted company with over 85 years of success in the hospitality industry
