Position Overview:
Interdynamics Inc's Licensed Psychologist provides clinical supervision, quality assurance, and professional development across Interdynamics psychological assessment and therapeutic services. In this role, the supervisor ensures that psychological services delivered in school-based programs and the OMHC program meet professional ethical, cultural, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology
- Fully licensed psychologist in the State of Maryland.
- Demonstrated experience supervising psychology associates and assessment staff.
- Expertise in psychological testing, report writing, data interpretation, and diagnostic formulation.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of forsensic or court-related psychological assessments preferred.
Clinical Supervision & Oversight
- Provide licensed clinical supervision to: Psychology Associates, Psychometrists
- Ensure supervision meets Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists standards and documentation requirements
- Direct Assessment Servicesc
Training & Professional Development
- Provide TRAINING and CONSULTATION related to: Psychological testing and interpretation, Evidence based therapeutic interventions, Documentation and report writing, Ethical decision-making and risk management
- Offer targeted training and support to advance the expansion of InterDynamics Latino Department including: Culturally responsive assessment practices, Linguistically appropriate services, Clinical considerations relevant to Latino and Spanish-speaking populations
Quality Assurance & Ethical Practice
- Support clinical quality assurance efforts across assessment services
- Ensure adherence to: Ethical standards of psychology, Federal and state behavioral health regulations, Contractual and payer requirements
- Provide consultation on complex clinical cases as needed.
Time Commitment
- Full-time with weekly responsibilities assigned to: Supervision hours, Evaluation sign-offs (approximately 4-5 per week), Periodic training and leadership participation, Direct Evaluation on as need basis
