Job Description

To strengthen regional execution and leadership, we are seeking a Network Transfer Lead, North America to provide end-to end project management, team leadership and execution excellence across a critical portfolio of transfers.

You will lead technical teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional priorities, while delivering strong execution, operational excellence and supply continuity. You will work across functions and sites to embed standard practices, improve performance and enable consistent, high-quality outcomes across the network.

Responsibilities Includes:

  • Ensure end to end program alignment with global S&T Transfer Excellence strategy and regional business priorities
  • Support regional network changes, product introductions and capacity expansions
  • Lead and manage a team supporting technology transfer program planning and execution
  • Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple transfer initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution readiness and alignment
  • Drive governance and communication across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Process Development, Regulatory, and site teams
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure effective escalation and issue resolution
  • Support transfer programs involving small molecule and/or large molecule manufacturing
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure project milestones are met and transfer risks are addressed
  • Monitor progress against objectives and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support process scale-up and transfer readiness planning from a project management perspective
  • Leverage digital tools and systems for project tracking, visibility, and execution management
  • Support regulatory inspections and audits as needed from a planning and coordination standpoint
  • Contribute to supply network planning and alignment with global supply chain strategy
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and execution excellence

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or technical operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or portfolios within a matrix organization supporting  planning, coordination, and execution of technology transfer initiatives across small molecule and/or large molecule manufacturing sites
  • Understanding of Small Molecule and / or Large Molecule manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience across the North America manufacturing network
  • Exposure to digital tools supporting manufacturing or transfer execution
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits
  • Understanding of global supply chain and network strategy
