Job Description and Responsibilities

¿ Generates standard project documentation including detailed test plan for highly complex networks. ¿ Generates network configurations from Low Level Design for highly complex networks. ¿ Supports Technical Project Management (TPM) activity for highly complex networks of data and security solutions ¿ In depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning, Network implementation deployments including cloud infrastructure (AWS) and SDWAN technologies ¿ Provide design documentation, project reports including operational processes and procedures ¿ Enforce and maintain industry standard network and security practices and compliance ¿ Proactive Works extensively with clients, Account Team, and stakeholder on developing a strategy and the deployment of most complex services and required Network Support Systems including cloud ¿ Assures that the most complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies are properly and quickly resolved. ¿ Acts as a focal point for most complex network problem resolution ¿ Security / Firewall, VPN services and associated technologies ¿ Deployment of fault tolerant client solutions ¿ Understand and negotiate project time frames ¿ Produce detailed design of infrastructure to meet the business requirements ¿ Configuration of networking equipment/ Security standards and policies ¿ Follow Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Implementation processes ¿ Support major incidents diagnostic and faulting to restore service to the production environment. ¿ To update the book of work in relation to their workload. ¿ Manage Operations and 3rd Party engagement and coordination ¿ Track, update, and close action items from problem ticket system. ¿ Reporting KPI/SLAs and targets and improvement plans, if any ¿ Ticket prioritization and manage escalations matrix ¿ Follow request for change cycle from raising, implementing and closure in accordance with change policy ¿ Guide and mentor to overall project stakeholder for technical solutions Skills required: ¿ Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large scale network environment. ¿ Undertake support as designated Advanced Services Consultant for large scale networks. Must possess strong technical account management skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in high level support. ¿ Large scale network design skills. ¿ In depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning. ¿ Very Strong Consulting and communication skills ¿ Strong knowledge of Internetworking theory and practical applications based on the large scale enterprise and Data Center environment ¿ Active participant in virtual technology teams within Advanced Services include remote AWS Cloud infrastructure, SDWAN, SDN ¿ In depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning. ¿ Expert level knowledge in areas of: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, ATM & Voice technologies, IP Telephony, SAN, CDN, Optical, Wireless, WAN protocols (MPLS, SDWAN). IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, ISIS EIGRP, BGP). ¿ Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and tunnelling including but not limited to EIGRP, BGP, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPsec, OSPF, MPLS ¿ Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, SDWAN, AWS Cloud clusters, Cisco ACI, Firewall F5, Load balancers ¿ Multivendor switch and router hardware/software: IOS, Cato's, 6500, 7200, 5500, 7600, Nexus Switches, Arista Networks, Cloud network products, Hypervisors, OS Images ¿ Familiarity with application load balancers, DNS, DHCP, Windows and Unix / Linux operating systems, security architecture including firewalls and proxies ¿ Routing Protocol: EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP ¿ L2 Features: SPT, RSPT, UDLD, BPDU, Link Aggregation, VPC ¿ First Hop Routing Protocol: HSRP, VRRP, GLBP ¿ Cloud OnPrem deployments, Hybrid, Remote Infrastructure experience ¿ AWS Services ¿ IAM, EC2, Route53, ELB, S3 etc . ¿ Knowledge of Virtualization ¿ Docker , Containeriz
