Basic Requirements:
- Security+ Cert
- 12 years of experience in the Information Technology field
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 8 additional years of experience in the Information Technology field may be substituted for a degree
Required Experience:
- Strong background in Cisco Network Security, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Cisco Firewall Management (FirePower)
- Must maintain and upgrade Cisco networks, including routers and switches.
- Must update and configure virus protection software and other programs to keep the networks secure.
- Must apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) fixes to switches and Software Test and Evaluation (STE) policies.
- Designing and planning the network for Cisco NEXUS switches
- Experience with Firepower Device Manager and/or Firepower Management Center Platforms
- Must be able to configure Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for device administration on switches.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools (Cisco/Solarwinds)
- Work as part of a team, support hours are 0600-1800 hrs daily, candidate will work 8 hour shift in this window
Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 annually
