Required Qualifications- Secret clearance or Public Trust
- 5+ years of relevant network engineering or architecture experience
- CCNA, ITIL, or ITSM
- Possesses an industry-recognized advanced networking certification
Preferred locations: Remote Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Location: Remote US NationwideWhat will you be doing?World Wide Technology, LLC has an opportunity available for a Network Engineer to support our Government Services team. This position will focus on Engineering and support within a customer's environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first line of support for network-related issues, responding to tickets, alerts, and basic incident reports.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity issues, hardware faults, and basic configuration errors.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and health using standard monitoring tools.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams with appropriate documentation.
- Assist with routine network maintenance tasks, such as port changes, device reboots, and patch cable replacements.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and changes in ticketing systems.
- Support end users with basic networking questions and connectivity needs.
