This person will serve as a dedicated resource focused on resolving chronic network issues across store locations. Theyll work closely with internal engineers, external vendors, and managed service providers to troubleshoot and remediate persistent connectivity problems. The majority of their time will be spent addressing issues related to the Palo Alto/Prisma SD-WAN platform and WAN connectivityincluding broadband and cellular connections via cable modems, Inseego hardware, and occasionally Starlink. Theyll also identify and resolve Wi-Fi coverage gaps, assist with deployment adjustments, and handle occasional switch-related hardware issues involving Juniper equipment. 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer at an enterprise environment within a retail or multisite location
Experience working with retail/multi-site/distributed environment experience
Experience with the following:
Palo Alto hardware
Prisma / CloudGenix SD-WAN
WAN connectivity
(broadband, cable modems from various carriers)
Inseego hardware
Juniper switch hardware
Aruba AP experience
CCNA certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Starlink hardware experience (Currently at ~75 locations)
Retail/multi-site/distributed environment experience
